Returns & Exchange

StyleGrab aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons out of our control, delays may occur. Please email sales@style-grab.com with your order number stated in the subject section for assistance.

All orders will be delivered by a courier service and require a signature on delivery.

For cases were a signature cannot be obtained by the courier a calling card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the depot, from which you will need to arrange for a re-delivery. So we advise to check for calling cards before emailing StyleGrab.

In the event the order arrives damaged, visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to Stylegrab. Returns address stated on the corner of packaging. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.

In line with the Sales Of Goods Act, if an item is deemed unfit for purpose, not as described/ poor quality/ off sizing or damaged then you can return or exchange this to us within a period of 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods for a full refund. For a refund/exchange on an order, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to contact@style-grab.com with your order number stated in the subject section.

Once returns are received, all customers will receive a full refund (cost of garments) excluding original postage.

Please have items returned to us in the original packaging if possible. You do have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to take reasonable care of the items. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition. In their original packaging or tags on, unworn, unwashed without scent or deodorant marks and complete with their original labels, note cards and complementary bags otherwise full refunds will not be accepted. 

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order.

StyleGrab provide a return label in each package but do not cover the postage costs of returns ***
